Directions from Framlingham:
From the mini-roundabout at the bottom of Bridge Street, take the B1116 College Road.
After about 1/4 of a mile, take the left fork onto the B1119 towards Saxtead.
Continue on the B1119, passing the school on your right, to Saxtead Green.
Turn Left onto the A1120 towards Earl Soham.
After entering Earl Soham, pass the church, and then a road junction, both on your left.
On your right, you will see Earl Soham Primary School, with railings.
Turn Right into the road alongside the school and follow the sign to the Business Centre.
